Ryan Riley is our Operations Director. His task is to provide support to the various BOALT departments by steering day to day operations by managing team tasks and working directly with clients to provide quality BOALT service. He also provides invaluable strategic planning for BOALT, its clients and GOSO, an online social media and reputation management tool born at BOALT.

Ryan has written for several publications, a novel, screenplays, TV pilots and prior to working at BOALT, he taught English in West Africa with the Peace Corps.
