Managing multiple client projects can be difficult. Throw in multiple social networks for each client and you’ll see the work load grow exponentially. After researching a variety of social media and brand management solutions, BOALT decided to develop its own proprietary custom platform, that could meet our needs and we would in turn make it available as a Software as a Service (SaaS).
Social intelligence is what we call it when you combine social media and brand reputation into one solution. The challenge was combining two different technology categories. Out the gate, BOALT was able to develop proprietary API’s and a framework which solved emerging social media and brand reputation business challenges in one platform.
Named GOSO, short for Go Social, the platform had very early traction in the automotive industry working with almost 90% of every manufacturer in the first year. By developing a proprietary reputation score, GOSO was able to be the first social intelligence platform to market in the automotive industry. Soon after, GOSO began piloting the solution in multiple verticals.
GOSO has become an integral part of many of the leading automotive manufacturers and groups. The technology behind GOSO was recognized with a Best in Class Webby Award and was also featured in a Speed Channel interview. GOSO has been featured at some of the industry's top events including TechCrunch Disrupt and at the J.D. Power Internet Roundtable with Facebook and LinkedIn.
